Dancing Delicacies
Harness the power of computation to animate the inanimate for dynamic dining trajectories, where food items can be “programmed” and “reconfigured”. Dishes can self regulate their own deployment (e.g., arrangements, flavour combinations and presentations) in real-time through multiple operations governed by electrowetting technology.
